“Mom got new wool which means a new box. Usually Lil’ Bit lays on top of them to stake claim, even before they are opened. But, this time, she must have been asleep. I was in it before she even saw it. And I haven’t left it for six days!”

      Well, actually a couple of my babies are not real interested and it’s a good thing because a couple of them won’t share!

  10. Hi there Punkin. Good for you for claiming the box first & it is a fine looking one, too! That’s the way to out smart Lil’ Bit! Will you curl up & take a nap in the box or bat at the mice that might want to jump in?! Maybe your mom will put a little nest of wool in it for you to nap on! Purrs…

    • Hi Valentine and thanks. I was awful happy to be a step ahead of her for once.

      I love to curl up and nap in it…you can hardly see me over the top. But, mostly, I like to sit and survey my domain. Lucky to have windows in two directions so I can watch any traffic out of one and the other usually has lots of birds to consider. And a wool nest is exactly what I need. Thanks for the idea.
